Schedule We understand that people have different availabilities. So, we have customized our schedule to accommodate as many of our clients as possible. The schedule may change from time to time, as new classes and events are planned.

Private Lessons

Private Lessons are available for individuals or small groups. These lessons are custom tailored and provide students a chance to fine tune their Jiu-Jitsu and progress at a much faster pace. The general classes are a fantastic learning environment but nothing will bust you out of a slump or help you figure something out faster than a one on one with your coach. Conditioning

Conditioning classes are designed to help build functional strength using just your own body weight. The work outs are a short 20-25 minutes of high intensity interval training that is a perfect supplement to your BJJ training. If your desire is to burn fat, build muscle, increase stamina and flexibility, then these classes are just what you need. Come get your sweat on!

Adult and Kid’s Classes

Adults and Kids BJJ classes consist of a warm-up, an instructional period, and live training. The warm-ups are designed to build strength & conditioning as well as agility and functional movements related to BJJ training. Classes are structured to teach students of all levels. You will learn practical techniques and appropriate applications. Techniques vary based on the class but can include positional transitioning, joint-locks, submission holds, escapes, and chokes. We train in a BJJ GI and students are required to have one to join the class full time. Loaner Gis are available to try out the classes.  Although it is not mandatory, we do travel to most local tournaments and support any of our students that desire to compete. BJJ builds confidence and character, it’ll also get you in shape, but most of all, it’s fun! So come in today and try your first class for free!

Knife Defense

Knife Defense is a mixture of Kali and Eskrima. This is a great course and will help students learn how to turn even a rolled up newspaper into an object to defend yourself with. This class is set up like a course and runs in eight week intervals. You must pre-register for it and can only join at the beginning of a new cycle.
